As a Full Time Dental Administrative Assistant, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Sunnyvale, CA. This role will provide front desk support to our Dental service line. Duties may include patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification and other dental office duties. Prior dental office experience is required. Anticipated work schedule will be 9:30am- 6:30pm, Monday-Friday. Occasional flexibility to cover 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday may be requested as needed. What You’ll Do

• Manages calendar for internal/external meetings 
• Creates original Word documents and PowerPoint Presentations 
• Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner; gathering and analyzing information skillfully, developing alternate solutions
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; listening skills are essential while remaining open to other ideas and trying new things
• Conducts self with professionalism and in a tactful manner, treating others with respect and consideration
• Strong customer service orientation, responding quickly and appropriately to customer needs, and managing difficult or emotional situations
• May require other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Dental office and Dentrix experience preferred.
• One year certificate from college or technical school with concentration in front office support for medical settings
• At least three years’ experience providing administrative support in a clinic or office setting

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $27.42 - $34.28 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
