ART (Access, Respect, and Trust) is Premise Health’s proprietary experience program that empowers team members to build relationships based on trust that consistently deliver exceptional member, and peer experiences.

Embracing the Corporate Athlete Mindset is an immersive program that empowers learners to harness the principles of peak performance to excel not only professional, but holistically.

  • Thousands of free online CEU credits for all providers, nurses, and allied professionals.
  • Team member experience feedback surveys biannually to gauge how team members feel the organization is doing and what areas of improvement are needed.
  • Annual performance reviews are specifically designed to help you reach your full potential, allow you to contribute successfully to the organization, and deliver on the promise of outstanding care.

Your Wellbeing Matters

At Premise, your health and wellbeing are our top priority! That’s why we partnered with Sonic Boom Wellness, to offer you additional resources supporting our robust wellbeing program, which is built on five pillars of wellbeing: physical, financial, growth, emotional and mental, and social and environmental.

We understand that a fulfilled life at work and at home contributes to your overall success and offer access to the Sonic Boom platform, wellbeing events, and resources to all Premise team members regardless of your enrollment in a medical plan. Full-time and part-time (working 20-29 hours per week) team members can earn up to $100 per quarter in boomin’ bucks, Sonic Boom virtual currency, by participating in a variety of activities targeting nutrition, proper sleep, meditation, physical activity, financial wellness, and more! You choose what you want to participate in and earn rewards along the way.
