Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Nurse Manager to lead operations at our modern, private primary care health center on Greenwich Street, directly across from Piers 25 and 26. This role offers the opportunity to shape both patient and provider experiences within a boutique, mission-driven environment focused on helping people get, stay, and be well.

As a strategic, hands-on leader, you will leverage 2–5 years of nursing leadership experience to oversee clinical operations, lead a high-performing care team, and deliver patient-centered care aligned with the PCMH model. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role within an elevated corporate clinical setting.

Position Highlights

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • No weekends or major holidays

What You'll Do

  • Manages daily operations, staff (< 9 FTEs to include admins, nurses, and providers), and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.  
  • Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff 
  • Provides direct patient care and technical expertise as needed.
  • Monitors patient flow, patient utilization penetration, and other KPIs to meet goals and provide high quality care.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis.  
  • Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations.  
  • Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives.  
  • Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions.  
  • Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.  
  • Performs other duties as assigned.  

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.  
  • Current license as an RN in practicing state.  
  • Current hands on certification in AHA BLS 
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the medical field.  
  • 2 – 5 years’ nursing leadership experience.  
  • Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.  
  • Excellent computer skills (Internet software, spreadsheet, word processing etc.)  
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and workflow management skills  
  • Excellent Communication skills  
  • Training skills preferred  
  • Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $135,000 - $155,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
