As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse LPN, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in East Aurora, NY.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter who thrives working independently
- Able to remain calm and effective under pressure and in emergency situations
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Clinic experience and EPIC EMR familiarity preferred
- ER or urgent care experience strongly desired
PRN Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Clinic hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible shifts within that timeframe

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse
- Current hands on Certification in Basic Life Support is required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on scope of contract services.
- At least three years of clinical experience as a LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting.
Preferred Experience:
- At least three years experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic.
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $28.00 - $35.00 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
