The VP of Transformation is a leader responsible for creating and operating the enterprise decision and value discipline that ensures major investments are chosen wisely and tracked for results. This role is upstream of execution and exists to enable executives to make smarter, faster, and more confident decisions, embedding transformation as a discipline across the organization.
The VP will design the frameworks, shape the Transformation team, and connect functions to provide clarity, alignment, and enterprise-wide insight, closing a gap in how the company currently prioritizes and measures transformation investments.
This is a Full Time, work from home Vice President of Transformation role located in Brentwood, TN.
What You'll Do
•Enterprise Decision Enablement: Design and maintain a year-round, executive-facing framework that enables leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and make trade-offs for large investments.
•Value Discipline: Establish a consistent approach to measuring and managing the outcomes of investments, providing simple, decision-ready insights and enabling timely adjustments.
•Capability & Team Development: Build and strengthen the Transformation team and embed practices that create a repeatable discipline of decision-making and value management across the organization.
•Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate clarity, transparency, and understanding across business units/departments, ensuring that investment decisions are connected to enterprise goals and long-term value creation.
•Executive Influence: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding decisions and trade-offs, while ensuring the organization focuses on strategic outcomes, not operational execution.
•Contribute to the development and refinement of the Transformation Office’s operating model, including governance structures, reporting templates, and execution standards / processes.
•Prepare concise, decision-focused updates for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and needed actions.
•Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across transformation initiative plans, dashboards, and reports.
•Foster a culture of transparency, follow-through, and shared ownership.
What You'll Bring
•Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred.
•15+ years in enterprise transformation, management consulting, or strategy roles, with experience building decision frameworks and value disciplines.
•Experience shaping teams and embedding cross-functional practices to create enterprise-wide clarity.
•External transformation or consulting experience strongly preferred to bring best practices and objectivity.

•Expertise in value measurement, strategic decision-making, and enterprise investment trade-offs.
•Strong communication and facilitation skills.
•Experience connecting strategy, operations, and technology.
•Familiarity with dashboards and visualization tools a plus.
