The Product Sales Support Analyst serves as an integral part of a team charged with supporting internal team members recommending Premise solutions to clients. This role will support several of our population health products and sit on a product-focused team supporting sales for all products. This individual will work with a variety of leaders within the organization, with primary responsibilities that include: 1) supporting sales execution by monitoring pipeline activity, consulting on opportunities, and delivering growth read-outs to leaders; 2) equipping internal stakeholders with product-level competitive, market, and business insights; 3) serving as primary liaison between product leaders and internal stakeholders, escalating risks/concerns where appropriate. This individual will also generate analyses and presentations to support conversations with internal and external stakeholders as well as perform competitive intelligence research, propose new strategies for upsell opportunities, and contribute to an innovative team.
This is a full time, remote Product Sales Support Analyst role.
What You'll Do
•Provide on-demand opportunity support by collaborating with internal teams on RFI/RFP responses and product pitch development, including presentation delivery, using established support processes
•Monitor and triage product guardrail exceptions, ensuring opportunities meet product standards, educating on downstream impacts, and escalating to product leadership for approval
•Track and report on product-specific sales opportunity pipeline in real time, providing standard monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with trends, feedback, and insights
•Partner with product leadership to support a product-informed sales effort, helping educate internal teams on key updates and ensuring effective positioning and messaging
•Facilitate a bi-directional feedback channel with product leadership, sharing product-specific insights on market trends and client feedback
•Utilize available CRM tool to segment opportunity pipeline in ways that allow insights to be shared with internal stakeholders
•Work with cross-functional stakeholders to provide regular read-outs on sales metrics and manage ongoing tracking in support of product-level growth
•Develop and maintain product-specific market assessments, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define and evolve competitive sales insights
•Design and execute product-specific sales support strategies, including creation and maintenance of sales content, tools, and resource libraries
•Establish new methods of assessing client readiness to adopt supported products
•Synthesize account and opportunity information into product design recommendations for internal stakeholders that can be understood by various functions and teams, including senior executives
•Conduct competitive/market research around related products
•Participate in growth opportunity validation, intake, and triage process
•Maintain documentation within CRM of PSS contribution toward product solutioning and deliverable creation, refinement, and delivery
•Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
•Bachelor's Degree required
•2+ years’ experience in a healthcare organization or relevant role
•Experience developing and presenting strategic growth recommendations to both internal stakeholders and clients
•Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
•Experience working with sales data and/or CRM tools
•Prior experience in sales coordination, account growth, and/or account management strongly preferred
•Persuasive communicator with strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•Demonstrated understanding of sales psychology with the ability to quickly assess needs and deliver tailored presentations around products
•High emotional intelligence with strong active listening and creative problem-solving abilities
•Competitive, resilient, and driven to achieve results while maintaining long-term client relationships
•Strong work ethic with disciplined follow-up and consistent execution
•Strategic thinker who balances immediate wins with long-term approaches to growth

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
