The Marketing Specialist develops, executes, and manages integrated marketing initiatives that support growth, brand consistency, and lead generation for Premise Health. This role blends marketing execution, content development, corporate brand management, and event support. 

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive marketer who can move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, B2B healthcare environment.


This is a full time, hybrid Marketing Specialist role located in Brentwood, TN.


What You'll Do

Brand and Corporate Marketing

  • Enforce brand standards and ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance across all public-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support corporate marketing initiatives, including ad sponsorships, recruitment marketing and awards programs.
  • Oversee sub-brand management, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy, usability, and compliance.
  • Own and manage the company e-store, including communication strategy, quarterly product launches, and internal stakeholder feedback.


Content and Channel Management

  • Plan, create, and manage content including blog posts, social media content, sales collateral, and case studies aligned to brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Manage social media channels, including editorial calendars, content publishing, audience engagement, analytics, and paid promotion as appropriate.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform content strategy, positioning, and campaign development for various sales and marketing activities.


Sales Enablement and Events

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, and social channels to support lead generation and engagement goals.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of print and promotional materials, as well as communication strategy and ongoing management of corporate e-store.
  • Support the development and ongoing refresh of sales enablement assets, including presentations, digital tools, and conference materials for Premise and its sub-brands.
  • Support planning and execution for key conferences and events, including promotional outreach and collateral development.
  • Monitor conference and campaign performance, digital analytics, and lead metrics; translate insights into recommendations for continuous improvement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for marketing requests, partnering with sales, product, IT, and leadership teams.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, supporting timelines, communication, and internal reporting.


What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, adverting, or related field 

3+ years of relevant work experience, B2B marketing background preferred 

Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and messaging

History working on or with sales, business development, or growth teams a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word

Experience managing and executing complex events with multiple vendors 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)

Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

High attention to detail, organized, and strong project management skills

Brand and compliance enforcement experience

Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and goals

Crystal clear communication, both written and oral

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is helpful but not required

Ability to provide examples of prior professional work or writing samples
