Oversees and directs the operations components of the RFI/RFP through contracting processes, including the transition from the opportunity award through hand off to the Implementation Manager. Acts as the operations subject matter expert for implementations and serves as core team member for finalist presentations. Provides operations implementation subject matter expertise to analyze organizational requests for all opportunity support requests.
This is a Full Time, remote, Implementations Director role.
What You'll Do
- Serves as main operations contact on new site and expansion opportunities during the RFP through contract cycle.
- Is responsible for streamlining operational responses to the proposal team during sales cycle.
- Accountable for facilitating discussions and finalizing all staffing models for all RFP’s.
- Serves as the implementation SME for finalist meetings, pre-finalist sales presentations, and capabilities presentations.
- Works with the Sales, Client Strategy and Operations team to define and document the terms of the award into an executable implementation scope of work.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, capacity, facility space and design, implementation budget, and service and product offerings; to implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes.
- Identifies and requests participation from corporate departments in strategic meetings as needs dictate during the RFP cycles to best solution client needs.
- Coordinates and productively facilitates communication related to implementation during the sale cycle across departments and effectively navigates through multilayer internal teams (VPs, pricing, sales, consultants, etc.).
- Provides effective subject matter expertise, coaching, and mentoring at the site level as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years experience in a business environment or related industry, Experience in a Healthcare Implementation function
- Experience with feasibility models for healthcare
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, One Note, and Outlook skills required
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required
- Excellent demonstrated follow up skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization (both internal and external)

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $110,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Annual Performance Incentive that is a percentage of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performance.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
