As a Part-time Health Coach, you'll provide virtual care within our Sonic Boom Wellness team. Work schedule of 20 hours per week to be determined within the following operating hours: 7:00am-7:00pm CST, Monday-Friday. Please note: You will be required to work one opening shift with a 7:00 AM CST start time and one closing shift ending at 7:00 PM CST per week. Minimum of 3-5+ years relevant health/wellness coaching experience required; virtual coaching experience preferred. Board certification strongly preferred. This role also requires a dedicated, private workspace and high-speed internet. 

What You'll Do: 

• Provide members with 1:1 digital and telephonic lifestyle coaching
• Counsel and advise members on lifestyle management, to provide effective solutions to achieve their health-related goals (including stress management, nutrition, weight loss, physical activity betterment, tobacco cessation)
• Master Sonic Boom’s methodology, our overall program, and our “Coach’s Corner” software
• Field member questions regarding Sonic Boom programs, where applicable oversee implementation of our coaching platform
• All other duties assigned

What You'll Bring: 

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required
• Specialty certifications are a plus (Tobacco Cessation, Nutrition, Weight Management)
• 3-5 years of full-time Health Coach experience (in a corporate wellness setting is a plus)
• Experience in Motivational Interviewing techniques
• Expert knowledge of health coaching regulations, as it pertains to corporate wellness
• Excellent skills using Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, web tools, and / or other graphical packages

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $24.72 - $30.90 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. 

For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
