We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN! If you possess a “whatever it takes attitude” keep reading.

It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but as the Member Engagement Department's, Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a creative, results-oriented go-getter to establish and lead our new digital footprint to drive member awareness and utilization of Premise Health onsite and nearsite health & wellness centers, pharmacies and fitness centers. The right person loves email and geeks out over new technologies.

You are highly skilled in all facets of the digital marketing continuum including email marketing, inbound marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, webinars, video, content creation, conversion optimization through A/B testing, and analytics and reporting. You are eager to work with a team to build complex and effective B2B2C marketing campaigns, and you thrive on constantly learning new things.

Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge in digital demand generation campaigns, is well-versed in content management systems, and is comfortable troubleshooting or editing HTML and CSS; experience executing engagement marketing methodologies is a must. As we look to expand our digital footprint, our ideal candidate will be able to identify and implement technologies and platforms that are best suited to empower our team to hit targeted growth metrics.

What You'll Do For Us:

  • Development of digital strategies and campaigns with oversight of execution using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social, SMS, SEO, display advertising)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and agencies
  • Optimize marketing automation through landing pages, paid media campaigns, social channels, and email
  • Supervise execution of campaigns including approval of ad cop, and competitive opportunities
  • Create landing pages, member facing webpages and client microsites to optimize user experience and SEO best practices
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end member experience across multiple channels and touch points to understand how digital activities convert into member utilization of Premise Health services
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Identification, implementation and ownership of digital platforms to execute and track strategies
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Ignite productivity of digital team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development
  • Collaborate with team to executive projects on budget and on time
  • May require other duties as assigned.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience
Experience:
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading an in-house digital team
  • Proven working experience in ideating and launching digital marketing
  • B2B2C healthcare experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience and knowledge of EPIC preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a digital marketing strategist identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation, CRM, web analytics
  • Solid knowledge of Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
