The Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist is a high-impact team member responsible for the end-to-end project management, execution, and continuous improvement of multi-channel B2B digital marketing campaigns. This role ensures operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with enterprise priorities. The ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented project owner, highly skilled in digital marketing campaign management, marketing technology, analytics, and digital governance. They are accountable for upholding the highest standards of performance, collaboration, and innovation to drive measurable business outcomes in a large, complex B2B environment.
This is a full time, hybrid Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist role located in Brentwood, TN.
What You'll Do
•Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring timely, compliant, and goal-aligned execution.
•Serve as the primary project manager for all campaigns, consolidating assets, timelines, and deliverables from cross-functional teams.
•Maintain campaign calendars, manage project workflows, and ensure clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
•Perform ongoing keyword research, optimize landing pages and blog content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO recommendations for organic growth.
•Develop and implement paid media strategies, manage advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and ZoomInfo Marketing), and optimize campaign strategy and budgets for maximum ROI.
•Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters and drip/nurture sequences based on segmentation and funnel status.
•Oversee list management and automation workflows and ensure integration with broader CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
•Manage, update, and organize content for corporate websites, including staging and publishing case studies, blogs, and landing pages.
•Optimize web content for engagement and conversion, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to drive improvements.
•Ensure all website updates adhere to brand, privacy and compliance, and accessibility standards.
•Manage social media calendars, oversee creative production process, and monitor engagement and reputation through social listening.
•Advise on social media content creation, and schedule social media content across platforms.
•Track, analyze, and report on campaign, website, and lead performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics that highlight trends and opportunities for the marketing team.
•Champion continuous process improvement by regularly reviewing and refining results and process workflows, leveraging Wrike and other tools to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
•Act as the primary point of contact for internal support with CRM and marketing automation integrations, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
•Support privacy and compliance tracking for all digital marketing activities, partnering with IT and legal as needed.
•Stay current on B2B digital marketing trends and recommend new tactics and technologies for campaign improvement.
What You'll Bring
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or related field preferred.
•3-5+ years of experience in full-stack digital marketing campaign management, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, website/CMS, and social media.
•Demonstrated expertise with project management tools (Wrike preferred; Asana, Trello, or similar also valued).
•Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, ZoomInfo).
•Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects and timelines.
•Advanced analytical skills and experience transforming data into actionable insights.
•Working knowledge of paid media, content management systems, and email marketing best practices.
•Self-starter with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
