About the role: The Identity and Access Management Analyst position provides solution and process support for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program at Premise Health. This role is tasked with assisting in day-to-day IAM operations with a heavy focus on data collection and analysis to drive informed decisions around identity hygiene improvement and development and maintenance of access entitlements and roles.
Essential Functions:
- Technical lead for data collection and analysis from various Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Maintenance of metrics used to measure KPIs and KRIs of the IAM program
- Provide SME experience for day-to-day system development and maintenance activities of the team
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation for IAM solutions and processes
- Respond to IAM related alerts in partnership with incident response team
- Lead IAM related audits through gathering of data and report development
- Lead the development, implementation, and initiation of access reviews
- Collaborate with team members across organizational system to support implementation and observance of IAM controls and processes
- Support of current and future tooling utilized within the IAM program
- Perform Identity and Access Management user provisioning and de-provisioning for enterprise applications and IT infrastructure
- Provisioning, de-provisioning and troubleshooting access
- Cleaning up access as part of access reviews or other ad hoc projects
- Represents the security needs of the organization by providing expertise and assistance in all Technology projects regarding IAM security issues
- Become an integral part of the support staff across all IAM topics
- Performs other IAM related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- BS or demonstrated industry hands-on experience
- 5+ years or equivalent experience focused on IAM tools and technologies
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in information security space
- Exposure in web based IAM related protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OpenID and OAuth, Federation concepts and technology such as ADFS and Oracle IAM products.
- Experience with Directories, SSO, Federation, delegated administration, API gateways, SOA service, Identity Fabric
- Automation development experience using languages such as PowerShell, Python, Java, or others desired
- Experience working with a diverse range of data sources/streams and managing these effectively
- Familiarity with data analysis utilizing solutions such as Excel or PowerBI.
- Experience in one or more of the following is desired: ISO 17799, ITIL or NIST.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of IAM concepts such as authentication vs authorization, elevated or privileged access, federated access, SSO, and MFA
- Knowledge of IGA concepts such as Identity Lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), RBAC, ABAC, CBAC, SOD, access reviews, and certifications
- Supporting knowledge for IAM solutions such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Identity Providers (IdPs) including SSO and MFA is desired
- Understanding of various regulatory requirements and laws such as, but not limited to, Payment Card Industry (PCI), Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
- Possesses a data driven approach to IAM with a desire to automate.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritizing and organizing these tasks to maximize productivity
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Eagerness to tackle problems outside your core competencies and learn new technologies as required
