We have an opening for a Full-time Member Engagement & Marketing Coordinator to work at our Corporate headquarters in Brentwood, TN!

Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with members of the marketing team in this position to oversee and execute on a variety of administrative, project management, and event management tasks to help in planning, organizing, and accomplishing marketing objectives. 

The position requires a high level of tactical coordination and strategic alignment across the company to help fulfill specific objectives and drive the Premise Health culture among our employee population.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages the request and fulfillment process for onsite creative projects working with outside vendors and internal stakeholders – primarily print collateral but can also encompass promotional items, communications content, email marketing, videos, etc.
  • Assist with new site implementation plan execution – e.g., print collateral, promotional items, vendor sourcing, and logistics, etc.
  • Assist with development of company-wide consumer oriented marketing initiatives as well as select new and existing client sites. Includes ongoing, quarterly, and specific product lines of service (e.g., Patient Portal, PCMH, Fitness, Pharmacy, etc).
  • Assist with development, management, coordination, data entry, and execution of onsite email promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with creative design / editing within Adobe Creative Suite (as needed / applicable) for onsite engagement.
  • Ensure messaging is supportive of and consistent with overall onsite promotional and engagement strategies.
  • Assists with management of digital marketing e-store and vendor, order placement and follow up, and evaluation of new items for future addition.
  • Assists with utilization report generation and quarterly business review presentations.
  • Maintain departmental SharePoint updates along with electronic file organization on shared network drive.
  • Manages the Photo Image library for company-wide consumer and business oriented needs.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of Director and departmental needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  • 0-2 years direct-to-consumer marketing, advertising, or communications experience – applicable internship experience will be considered
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – specifically InDesign and Acrobat desired
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Detailed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project with internal and external stakeholders across varying timelines
  • Self-starter, team player with a can do attitude; who demonstrates initiative, thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment
